The Work Sharp Benchtop Benchtop Stone sharpener is a sharpening system with abrasive materials with a 3-sided corner guide. The medium (320) and fine (600) grit diamond plates quickly resharpen the blade, while the fine grit ceramic stone creates an incredibly sharp edge on any knife. Abrasive materials are replaced by the user.
The innovative Pivot Response System allows the abrasive to follow the curve of the blade, making manual sharpening faster, easier and more accurate than ever. Sharpening guides are interchangeable at 20° or 25° and are optional, additional 15° and 17° sharpening guides are sold separately.
Sharpener for pocket and travel knives of all types, can also be used for kitchen knives. The Pivot Response function can be locked to provide a rigid sharpening surface for a wide range of knife and tool sharpening applications. Anti-slip feet ensure a safe and stable sharpening process. No water or oil is needed, which speeds up sharpening, setting and cleaning. Abrasives are user replaceable to ensure ease of maintenance throughout the lifetime of the sharpener. The innovative Pivot Response Technology simplifies and increases the precision of sharpening by allowing the abrasive material to follow the curve of the blade during sharpening. It creates a sharp and even edge along the entire length of the blade. TRI-BRASIVE™ Technology
Work Sharp's Triangle Abrasive system provides a complete range of sharpening in one device. The three grits provided allow you to restore a damaged edge with a medium-grit diamond (320), restore a slightly dulled edge with a fine-grit (600) diamond, and then finish the edge on a fine-grit ceramic to create an incredibly sharp edge. The single crystal diamond blades are durable and engineered to provide a consistent grain size, while the premium fine grain ceramic stone has been specially designed to provide a high-quality, burr-free surface finish. Tri-Brasive technology is available in several Work Sharp products: Bench Stone, Angle Set and Precision Adjust sharpening systems. No water or oil is needed, which speeds up sharpening, setting and cleaning. Abrasives are user replaceable to ensure ease of maintenance throughout the lifetime of the sharpener.
