Ruike P128-SF Knife Description:
Complex knives like the Ruike P128-SF are the optimal choice when a versatile tool is needed. They easily handle both everyday tasks and those that arise during outdoor trips. This versatility can be easily explained by the meticulous approach of the manufacturers in choosing materials and overall knife quality. The blade of this model is made from 14C28N steel, produced in Sweden. It's well-balanced stainless steel with a high level of hardness resulting from heat treatment (up to 60 HRC). The blade length in the Ruike P128-SF model is 93 mm. Since this knife can be used for various household tasks relevant during fishing or hiking, its blade is quite strong due to a thickness of 3.5 mm. To make it easy to cut through various materials, the knife blade is well-sharpened. An interesting feature of this model is the Stone Washed grinding, which gives the metal a matte finish and does not reflect sunlight.
Similar to the blade, the handle of the knife is also ground and is made of steel. For this component, the manufacturers decided to use an even more corrosion-resistant type of steel, 3Cr14N, also produced in Sweden. The front side of the handle is minimalist, and on the back side, there is a pocket clip and lock buttons. Notably, the Ruike P128-SF model uses two blade locks. The main role is played by the Frame Lock - a linear mechanism, part of which is the knife handle itself. An additional lock is the "Beta Plus" Safety Lock, which ensures that even under exceptionally heavy loads, the blade won't fold.
