πͺ Santoku knife 17.5 cm 3claveles Norden 3C1045, Spain
The santoku knife can be used for any kitchen process: shredding cabbage, cutting hard fruits, cutting fish and meat, and chopping fillets into minced meat. Thanks to the special grooves on the sides of the blade, this knife prevents food from sticking to it while cutting. This feature makes working with it very convenient. Its wide blade is used as an auxiliary tool, for example, it can be used to crush garlic cloves or transfer pieces of chopped vegetables to a frying pan.
π Features:
- β¨ The blade, made of 3Cr13 stainless steel, is a popular choice for knives due to its durability and relatively low price. This steel has good resistance to corrosion, which makes knives made of it reliable in everyday use. They are also able to retain their sharpness well, although, compared to higher quality steels, they may require more frequent grinding and more frequent dressing. But this is not a problem if you have a ceramic musat. During the heat treatment, the steel is hardened to a hardness of 54±2 HRC according to Rockwell.
- β¨ Oak handles are not only a practical element, but also a symbol of natural elegance and sustainability. Oak wood is characterized by excellent strength, which makes it an ideal material for knife handles.
- β¨ It has a one-piece handle construction, which makes it particularly strong and reliable. It is ready to handle any task in the kitchen and is characterized by high quality and durability.
- β¨ Double-sided sharpening: The knife has a double-sided cutting edge, making it suitable for both right- and left-handed users.
π NORDEN:
