The Professional Precision Adjust sharpening system is a professional device for the step-by-step care of knives of any type, from miniature pocket tools with a folding blade to kitchen utensils. One of the model's useful features is the ability to adjust the sharpening angle from 15° to 30° using a digital angle indicator.

The sharpener is equipped with a single rod with interchangeable abrasive plates for different stages of blade processing. The size of each plate is 2.5 x 15 centimeters. The set includes five such plates with different grit sizes: 220, 320, 400, 600 and 800 grit. The material of the plates is diamond, which effectively resists wear and retains its integrity even if the accessory accidentally falls off the table while using the sharpening system.
