We visited the tuna festival at WINETIME. 

The guys disassembled a 65 kg Pacific bluefin tuna caught in Spain. 

Fresh tuna is very tasty and healthy. And it comes from Akami and other parts of the world.

We talked to Levan Kantaria, the leader of the fish and seafood direction of the WINETIME gastromarket chain. 

We hope that such events will be much more frequent, and especially for the next festival we will make a Maguro Kiri knife with a blade length of 54 cm, which is traditionally used in Japan for cutting tuna.
