The blades are made of 3Cr13 steel, which is common in the production of knives in the middle price segment with moderate mechanical properties, mainly kitchen models. Such knives do not have exceptional strength, but are well sharpened. The service life of the blade depends entirely on the conditions of use and care. Hardening is usually up to 57 HRC according to Rockwell.
